See What’s New: Loop 4.2 Release

The release of Loop 4.2 focuses on Facility Management and Hospitality in support of the ability to collect more granular insights and automating action workflows.

The introduction into Rooms to the platform and further enhancements as it relates to locations helps team members at all levels keep their data organized and create workflow efficiencies with increased automation.

New Features

Room Type Settings

The Loop Experience Platform supports different room types and rooms. Room types are ideal for collecting feedback and resolving issues related to any type of room including: guest rooms, event rooms, washrooms, classrooms etc. Rooms can be easily imported in bulk using a CSV.

This is helpful when running a larger facility that has different types of locations. Understanding that the criteria for questions is different, as well as the KPIs set out, our Room Type settings help to differentiate each experience. From managing different classrooms in a school, to different event spaces in a conference centre, Rooms helps to support both the Facility Management and Hospitality use cases, as well as any other location-based business that wants to manage the experience in multiple spaces.

Location Reference Questions

To better understand the locations in your Loop deployment, we have added Location Reference Questions to the surveys on Loop CX. When a location needs to be specified and pre-populated within a response, you can leverage reference questions using a URL, making it idea for use within a dynamic QR code.

Reporting is also available for location reference questions in the Project Insights tab, as well as in dashboards. This allows for granular reporting on answers to location reference questions.

For example if you have 3 washrooms you manage, you can use a location reference question to specific which location the feedback is for, allowing you to have a better understanding on the responses that come in. This will allow you to identify trends such as number of responses, tickets created and survey scores, and compare them against similar room types in different locations.

Key Feature Enhancements

Dynamic Multi-QR Code for Link Channels

Generate dynamic QR codes in bulk for each location and/or room within a link channel. Each QR code is contextualized to each location and/or room simplifying the collection process and reducing operational tasks.
