See What’s New: Loop 4.18 Release

Release 4.18 focused on the addition of new features that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance the usability and efficiency of user workflows across Loop. Additional feature enhancements were implemented for users leveraging Loop’s integration with Tripleseat, as well as improved data exports. Additional bug fixes and product enhancements were implemented to improve the overall user experience across Loop.

New Features

Assistive AI (Beta)

Loop 360 now leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the usability of features across the app, thereby offering users greater efficiency in their everyday workflows. In release 4.18, three new AI-powered Beta features have been introduced:

  • Summarize Conversation/Ticket

  • Make more friendly

  • Make more professional

These features are available in the Inbox and can be used in any conversation by interacting with a newly added icon.

Additionally, this icon will appear upon closing a ticket, allowing managers to conveniently enhance their ticket’s closing note.

Summarize Conversation/Ticket

This feature allows users to generate a brief summary of any interaction carried out between a manager and a contact. From an empty comment box, selecting this options will inject a bullet-point summary based on any previous comments that were sent by both the manager and the contact.

 

Make more friendly

Before sending a message, users can use this feature to alter it such that it will read friendlier. Selecting this option will allow AI to rewrite any text that is written within the comment box before sending.

Before sending a message, users can use this feature to enhance its verbiage such that it reads more professional and formal. Selecting this option will allow AI to rewrite any text that is written within the comment box before sending.

Feature Enhancements

Improved Data Export

In Loop 360, account owners can now export survey response data globally across multiple locations. From the settings page, a new Data Export tab is available from which users can carry out this process.

Response data can be exported over a specified date range across either all locations or those that are specified. Additionally, this export can be filtered to include or remove excluded responses. Exports will arrive via email address associated with one’s account.

Location Support for Tripleseat Integration

Users leveraging Loop’s Tripleseat integration can now synchronize locations between the two platforms. This enhancement allows survey distribution to be informed by the location that events were held at.

Synchronizing Tripleseat locations can be performed from the Tripleseat configuration tab within Settings.

Product Enhancements

With Release 4.18 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
