See What’s New: Loop 4.30 Release

Release of Loop 4.30 focused on the addition of new workflow enhancing features including the ability to exclude conversations from the Inbox. Additional enhancements were made to existing features including Tickets, Survey Actions, and CSV response exports.

New Features

Conversation Exclusion

Loop 360 now supports the exclusion of conversations that appear in the Inbox. The introduction of this feature will allow managers with the appropriate role and permissions to exclude invalid conversations. This ensures they will not affect metrics or reporting as displayed on Dashboards. Admins with the permission to exclude will see a new “Exclude” button in each conversation that appears in the Inbox.

Upon interacting with this new button, an Exclusion Reason will be required before the conversation is excluded. After being excluded, the conversation can be included once again by interacting with the same button which will now say “Include”.

Feature Enhancements

Ticket Description Constraints by Status

With this release, users in Loop 360 with the Owner permission will have the ability to restrict access into a Ticket Status unless a description has been added to the ticket. With this enabled, your organization will be able to ensure tickets have sufficient detail as they move their completion process.

Survey Action Enhancements

Managers leveraging Survey Actions to create the tickets in Loop based on incoming survey responses, will now see more options during configuration. Now, the assignee of a ticket can be specified while configuring the action that will generate it. This will ensure that tickets created from actions will have a populated assignee field and the appropriate team members will be notified upon its creation.

CSV Response Export Enhancements

New columns were added to CSV survey response exports. These exports will now include information regarding Sentiment, Sentiment Score, and Tags.

Product Enhancements

With the release of Loop 4.30 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
