Release 4.25 focused on product enhancements to improve the usability and stability of Loop. Enhancements were made to existing workflows across the application including those seen during kiosk configuration. Users of loop can now modify behaviours such as default language, splash screen visibility, and post-completion reset timer duration.

Users of Loop can now configure the default language that will be shown on their kiosk-distributed surveys. This will affect the language of all survey media that shows once the kiosk resets after being idle or a response is submitted. This setting can be configured by owners from the Channel Settings page.

Additionally, from this page users can choose whether they want a splash screen to appear on their kiosk as well as configure the duration of the kiosk’s reset timer upon response submission.

With Release 4.25 comes a variety of product enhancements and improvements. These items were implemented to enhance general usability resulting in a more seamless experience than ever before.
