New Features

Loop 360 Contact Profiles

Contact profiles are now available in Loop 360, allowing users to the gain valuable insights on the customers that they are engaging with. From a conversation, response, or ticket, users can navigate the profile of the contact who initiated it.

Navigating to a contact’s profile will present key information including all of the recent activities that they have been involved with. This includes any conversation, response, or ticket that they had been a part of as well as the locations that they have interacted with. Additionally, contact custom fields can be viewed and edited from this page.

Add Users via CSV Upload

Admins and owners in Loop 360 can now add users into the platform more easily through the addition of csv bulk user upload capabilities. Instead of adding users one-by-one a single csv file can be uploaded which will automatically add users into the platform as team members on a specified location. Once added, these new users can be edited just the same as normal existing users in the system.

For added convenience, upon initiating this process, a csv template is provided which can be modified.
