Celtic Manor Resort

Celtic Manor is a five-star luxury resort located in Wales. Covering more than 2000 acres, it includes a 300 room hotel, a large convention centre, two spas and health clubs, adventure golf, and seven restaurants.

With such a vast amount of space to contend with, resort staff couldn’t always connect meaningfully with all of their guests and in turn guests weren’t forthcoming with issues.
