Benbria Partners with PointClickCare to Deliver Automated Feedback Collection to the Healthcare Community

Integrating the Loop Experience Platform enables care providers to centralize patient feedback and gain actionable data insights to improve the patient experience

Ottawa, Ontario – July 11, 2022- Benbria®, a leading provider of real-time, omni-channel experience management solutions for location-based operations, announced today that it has completed validation of its Marketplace Partner Program integration with PointClickCare Technologies, a leading healthcare technology platform enabling meaningful collaboration and access to real‐time insights.

Now available in the PointClickCare marketplace, The Loop Experience Platform offers the ability to automate feedback collection based on event triggers in the PointClickCare solution. This automation will provide consistent opportunities to collect feedback, engage with patients, residents and family members, act on the feedback provided and analyze insights collected for operational changes and improvements. Using the triggers of Admission, Discharge and Transfer, PointClickCare customers will be able to reach their patient community to collect feedback during these key points of contact.
